Session list, the AI summary, and downloading data
Results Overview
The Results page shows all sessions for an interview with status badges, review status, message counts, and duration. Filter by status or date range and search by participant name.
Session Report
Click any session row to open the report: the candidate's info, the AI summary, the original transcript, and the human review panel.
AI Summary
After a candidate completes a session, an AI writes a factual summary from the transcript:
- Overview: what the candidate talked about, in neutral terms
- Answers by question: what the candidate said for each question, with exact quotes. Every quote links to the original line in the transcript, and quotes the server cannot find word for word are removed
- Needs human follow-up: moments where the candidate asked for a person, complained, asked about their personal data, or raised something outside the interview
The summary is labelled as AI-generated with the provider, model and prompt version. It does not score, rate, rank or recommend candidates, and it does not analyse tone, confidence or emotion. Hiring decisions are made by people, from the original answers.
Exporting
Export session results in XLSX (for analysis in Excel or Google Sheets) or PDF (for formatted reports).
Exports include:
- Session metadata (candidate, interview, date)
- Full transcript with timestamps
- The AI summary, labelled as AI-generated
